Is the homepage really free?
Yes. Tell us about your business and we design and build a real, working homepage at no cost. No deposit, no contract. The only money exchanged is if you love it and want the full site.
What does "24 hours" actually mean?
Once you approve your homepage and place the 25% deposit ($1,250), the rest of your site (services, locations, contact, polish) is built and delivered within 24 hours. From there we help you launch. Launch timing varies based on your domain and hosting setup, and we walk through that with you.
What does it cost?
$5,000 flat for a full custom site. The homepage itself is free. Once you approve and deposit 25% ($1,250), the rest of the site is built. The remaining 75% ($3,750) is due when the rest is delivered. No monthly fees, no hosting fees, no surprises.
What if I do not love the free homepage?
Then we shake hands and walk away. No deposit, no obligation, no charge. The free homepage is the part of our process that protects you. You see the work before you owe a dollar.
How long does a custom website take to build?
Most custom websites at typical agencies take 2 to 6 weeks. We deliver the free homepage in 1 to 2 days, and once you approve and deposit, the rest of the site is delivered within 24 hours. Launch timing depends on your domain and hosting access, which we walk through with you.
What is included in the $5,000 flat fee?
Custom design, hand-coded build, mobile-first responsive layout, technical SEO and structured data, local search optimization, contact form with spam protection, analytics, one year of small content updates, and (for redesigns) migration of your existing rankings. What if I need additional pages later?
Additional pages are $300 each. Most of our clients launch with everything they need, but the door stays open. Drop us a note and we add the page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The $5,000 covers everything in the included list. Optional add-ons (photography, online booking, e-commerce, etc.) are listed at fixed prices on our pricing page. Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages and we cover the first year. After that hosting is essentially free (Cloudflare's free tier handles most small-business sites). No surprise invoices, ever.
Can I pay in installments?
The flat $5,000 is already split: 25% ($1,250) on homepage approval, 75% ($3,750) on full delivery. You only owe anything after seeing your homepage. If you need a custom payment plan, ask, we work with most reasonable arrangements.
Where is my website hosted?
Cloudflare Pages. Fast, secure, and reliable. Because we hand-code everything, there are no platform fees or hosting costs. Your site just works.
Do I own the website after launch?
Yes. The site, the domain, and all the code are yours. Forever. You are not locked into a CMS, a builder platform, or a vendor relationship. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
What ongoing maintenance is included?
One year of small content updates is included free. After that, we offer optional monthly maintenance at $30/mo, which covers small text and image updates, security monitoring, and uptime checks. Most clients do not need it because static sites do not break the way WordPress sites do.
Can you integrate online booking or payments?
Yes. Online booking integration (Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, etc.) is a $500 add-on. Basic e-commerce (Stripe, Shopify embed, Lemon Squeezy) starts at $1,500 depending on what you need. We work with the platforms our clients already use rather than reinventing the wheel.
What if my project takes longer than expected?
The 24-hour delivery clock starts from your deposit, not from your first call with us. The discovery and free-homepage phase can take a few days depending on how quickly we hear back from you. Once you deposit, the build window we control is fixed. Launch can take longer because it depends on your domain and hosting setup, and we walk through that with you.
