Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, photos, copy, and assets you provide to us for use in your website.

Our Work: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website code, including all design and development we produced for your project. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Content: Any third-party content (stock photos, fonts, icons, etc.) used in your project may be subject to separate licensing terms.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials needed for your project
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide

Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Significant changes to the project scope may require a revised agreement and adjusted pricing.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
• If we cancel a project, you will receive a refund for work not yet completed
• Completed portions of work may be billed at our standard hourly rate

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
