No monthly plan from us. After your site is live, ongoing maintenance, SEO, and marketing run through Integrity Marketing, our long-term partner. You own the code either way. Nothing here is a binding quote, but the $3,500 is what we actually charge.
Questions about the price
- Is $3,500 really the whole price?
- Yes, and page count does not change it. Your core pages are designed by hand and the rest are built on the same design, so a 20 page site costs what a 5 page site costs. A photography session and online booking are included. The one thing that adds cost is an online store, at $1,500. No setup fee, no design fee, no charge for revisions during the build.
- Why do other agencies quote so much more?
- Bigger agencies carry account managers, sales teams, and offices. A lot of what they quote is overhead rather than design or code. We are small on purpose, and we build the whole site before you pay anything, so we spend nothing on selling.
- Why are some quotes so much cheaper?
- Anything much under a few thousand is usually a template with your logo dropped in, or a monthly subscription where you never own the site. Both can be fine. Neither is a custom build, and with a subscription the site leaves when you stop paying.
- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. We do not sell a monthly plan. Hosting is covered for the first year and costs almost nothing after that. For ongoing maintenance, SEO, and marketing we hand you to Integrity Marketing, our long-term partner. You own the code either way and can take the site anywhere at any time.
- How does payment work?
- We build your homepage first and show it to you, free. The $1,500 starts the rest of the build, and the last $2,000 is due before you go live. An online store can stretch the timeline, and we say so up front.
