What does "24 hours" actually mean?
Once you approve your homepage and place the 25% deposit ($1,250), the rest of your site (services, locations, contact, polish) is built and delivered within 24 hours. From there we help you launch. Launch timing varies based on your domain and hosting setup, and we walk through that with you.
What does it cost?
$5,000 flat for a full custom site. The homepage itself is free. Once you approve and deposit 25% ($1,250), the rest of the site is built. The remaining 75% ($3,750) is due when the rest is delivered. No monthly fees, no hosting fees, no surprises.
What if I do not love the free homepage?

Do I need to provide content and photos?
No. We research your business, write the copy, and pull together photos. If your existing photos are good, we use them. If not, we offer professional photography as an add-on. We never use stock photos.
Can you migrate my old website?
Yes. Most of our clients are replacing a site that is not doing its job. Same path: we build a free homepage of the new site so you can see the direction. If it is right, we rebuild the rest and migrate cleanly so your Google rankings carry over.
What is included in the $5,000 flat fee?

Additional pages are $300 each. Most of our clients launch with everything they need, but the door stays open. Drop us a note and we add the page.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The $5,000 covers everything in the included list. Optional add-ons (photography, online booking, e-commerce, etc.) are listed at fixed prices on our pricing page. Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages and we cover the first year. After that hosting is essentially free (Cloudflare's free tier handles most small-business sites). No surprise invoices, ever.
Where is my website hosted?
Cloudflare Pages. Fast, secure, and reliable. Because we hand-code everything, there are no platform fees or hosting costs. Your site just works.
Do I own the website after launch?
Yes. The site, the domain, and all the code are yours. Forever. You are not locked into a CMS, a builder platform, or a vendor relationship. If you ever want to move on, you take everything with you.
Do you build on WordPress?
No. We hand-code every site in static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Astro and Tailwind. No CMS overhead, no plugin updates, no security patches to chase. Your site is faster, more secure, and cheaper to run long-term. If you specifically need WordPress for an existing reason, we can refer you elsewhere.
Can I make changes after it launches?
Yes. Reach out and we handle it. Small updates are fast since we built the site from scratch and know every line of code.
What ongoing maintenance is included?
One year of small content updates is included free. After that, we offer optional monthly maintenance at $30/mo, which covers small text and image updates, security monitoring, and uptime checks. Most clients do not need it because static sites do not break the way WordPress sites do.
Can you integrate online booking or payments?
Yes. Online booking integration (Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, etc.) is a $500 add-on. Basic e-commerce (Stripe, Shopify embed, Lemon Squeezy) starts at $1,500 depending on what you need. We work with the platforms our clients already use rather than reinventing the wheel.
Who do you work with?
